How to Care for Your Leather Products


This is the way we condition and shine our personal footwear; it works beautifully for exotic or smooth leathers.

  1. Wipe entire leather surface with a Microfiber cloth (find at grocery store). Shoes - remove laces.
  2. Use 100% cotton jersey tee-shirt for application rag. The trick is to use a tight circular motion .
    A) Apply a generous coat of Leather Conditioner and let dry 10 minutes. Buff with tee-shirt rag.
    B) Apply a generous amount of matching Cream Polish with a Horse Hair dauber or tee-shirt. Buff with same tee-shirt rag.
  3. Use a genuine Horse Hair brush and brush briskfully everywhere cream polish was applied.
  4. Use another clean Microfiber cloth to buff to a medium luster.
  5. For you spit shine connoisseurs this is where the tin of Wax Polish comes in. Apply only a small amount to toe and heel area on upper. Rub in a tight circular motion to heat the wax with tee-shirt drawn tight on finger tips. Slip your hand into an old sock. This is where the spit comes in. Give a little spray of spit to the toe and heel area and rub rapidly to desired luster.
